claim to be from Microsoft, couldn`t even get my name right

This number 0131287730809 identifies it as Amazon Prime Membership renewal. It then offers 'press one' to cancel the membership. I use Amazon, but I'm not a Prime member so I pressed one to cancel. A foreign gentleman answered and I told him that I hadn't joined Prime and to return my money. After a few minuets of him saying he will send a refund form for me to fill in my details I declined he got abusive and went on repeat " I like F......g your daughter every night you A.....e, to which I hung up

if like me you you replied to one of their surveys about how the service was and you scored them 1 out of 10 only because in Bangladesh high street they managed to pick the phone up so go one thing right so when they do call back they are going to have to tell me why i should stay a loyal customer or maybe speak to another telephone/broadband supplier.

Phoning persistently over the past few days from different numbers. Some kind of survey scam, but they hang up as soon as you deviate from script. If they call, don t give away any personal info: don t even confirm your name. Instead, try to politely find out their company name and address. Then send details to offcom / TPS / your MP etc (perhaps with a similar level of persistence?), until someone does something. It s just an idea. Good luck!

This caller Disguised number as local (01227) our area, no voice, suspect robo caller - a hang up call, we are a business I have to answer "local" numbers... incidentally I had a lady from "BT" call me yesterday and very calmly bullishly tell me they were upgrading our line to increase speed (I have nothing to with BT ever, not een a line, "Oh Great! In response to your comment Tony M please dont be so rude as to imply others are uneducated this number is a pain in the arse. They are now ringing my husbands mobile using one of their other numbers 0161 826 5780 all times of day they dont answer you when you pick it up there is always a voicemail message directing you to hold for their accounts dept and they DENY they are workin for Orange when you do get through so check your facts are correct before making rude assumptions about others.

These people have been calling me for weeks. I have told them that I am not the person they are asking for "Mrs Humphries" and asked them numerous times to take me off their list but still they call. As soon s they realise I am not the person they want they disconnect sometimes whilst I am mid sentence. Infuriating!

A scam they say you have hearing problems. As you worked in a factory etc. they know ur name and when u say no I don t have hearing problems. They just hang up. Think they want ppl to claim so they can make money. It s funny as blocked numbers for this. Then next thing they have another number to call me on. Don t think every get rid of them.

Online search says it should be Nat West fraud department, but also that it could be scammers spoofing the number.

Hi , just got a phone call from this number please avoid , i was going to give them my card details although i donot prefer to give it by phone , he said he does not need the 3 digit numbers , just £ 2.78 to cover the post charges !! Thanks God when I hang i put him on hold , , he ended the call when i said it is a scam
