Call center very unpleasant man asking about replacing windows, I told him it was none of his business & was about to say if I need new windows I’ll contact companies myself but a red mist came over him & in a angry tone he talked over me lecturing me about manners, of which he had none & then he put the phone down. Got a call on my mobile to say that my name has been associated with a tax fraud. This is a false allegation. Call asked me to press '1' to talk to HMRC. Naturally I hung up the call immediately.
They are something call IFF research. No idea what they wanted but most likely scam as you cannot call back and only get an answering machine
