Received a call, foreign voice said ringing about accident I d had. They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. They sent a WhatsApp message from "HR Recruitment" offering part time and flexible jobs. Poor gramatic, no photo. Too many red flags.
Noticed a missed call from this number on an old mobile I d only recently put a brand new SIM into. This phone has never been used to make calls anywhere so either Tesco Mobile have started re-issuing old numbers or the calling company are chancers.

Lady with a Swedish accent phoned my number asking for my daughter by her full name. I said that is my daughter what is this about? She then went on to ask if we know about the european laws reguarding crypto currency and I realised it was probably a scam and hung up to google the number and found it listed 6 times on a swedish number look up website.
Just had a call from this number - 01252540329 - no sound then I said Hello and heard the click as it was sent to call centre - The operator (with a foreign accent) said Hello twice, I didn't reply and they hung up. Checked location and its leisure centre. This is probably a cloned number and have barred it.
Automatic message saying they are calling from HRMC and that if you don't press number 1 you'll be arrested. If you press 1 they put you on hold and then someone answers saying «HRMC how can I help you?». If you say «I don't know, you called me». Then they hang up. Probably they are trying to fish personal data.

Possible scammer, woman with very strong Indian accent claimed she was calling from Sky to check my internet connection. She was very convincing and tried to get me to type in a code on my PC and that was when I knew it was a scam so I hung up. Be on your guard!

Virus on my Windows. Managed to keep them on the phone for 43 minutes whilst doing some cleaning. Oh the abuse when everything he asked me to do didn t work.
SCAM Automated call pretended to be Ofcom and that my io address has been connected with links and internet was to be switched off within 24 hours, and asking me to press 1 to connect with the scammer. Hung up and contacted Ofcom directly and clarified it was indeed a scam. Horrible bastards I hope no one gets caught out HANG UP IMMEDIATLY.
