Claimed to be a “Michael Fernandez” from Windows Technical Department.He told me that there has been a corruption with my computer and that he has to resolve it for me and started to give me directions on where to navigate on my pc. I stopped him and asked what exactly the problem was and he said it was something to do with the RAM and hardware and that if he doesn’t help me it will cause me major problems. SCAM Three phone calls in four hours from someone who claimed to be from Amazon, saying an i.pad was waiting for me if I hadn't ordered it press number 1 to speak with his supervisor who take loads of details and stop it being sent, please don't hesitate to hang up. Claimed to be from Credit Investigations Department, admitted that this was the company name and had no links to any of my current financial dealings, when I asked him to take my name off their calling list he told me to f*ck off AVOID!
I personally found them misleading people (to make them join of course) by giving them falls/incomplete information. I bought their voucher for Diploma in Photoshop, it was £16.00 for the course. After I joined the course, at the end they asked me to pay another £16.00 for assignment, which was never mentioned in the beginning that there will be any other fees to get your Certificate, meaning, you now have no choice but to pay to get that Certificate or you simply forget what you paid so far and leave the c
