Just received recorded "urgent message about my pension - could be entitled to £1000!! press 5 to claim or 9 to unsubscribe" - DON T DO IT, DON T PRESS ANYTHING, JUST HANG UP. This is the third time they have called my number, called back this time but number is blocked - surprise surprise!

This number 01133100118 which shows as Leeds rang me & offered to beat my network provider by 30% without knowing who i was with, 5 minutes later the same man (john) rang me again with the same offer, this time the number 01143560006 came up as Sheffield. Leeds to Sheffield in less than 5 minutes is pretty fast so i think these numbers are being spoofed from a computer.

Gave his name as Karl Hammond and his partner in crime is Jacob Quinton who’s number is 07763094802 don’t believe for one moment that is their real names but might come in useful if anyone does receive a call from these scumbags. Just been contacted by this number,claimed to be from(cooperative energy)asking for an up to date reading of my meters.I normally supply them online at the beginning of the month(which is only 2 days away) I gave them the readings and then they asked if they were located inside or outdoors.They also asked if they were accessible to an engineer should they need to call???????? This has all the makings of a SCAM.I have notified my energy provider regarding this matter
