I must have had ten calls this last week from a company calling themselves UK Preference. Today s number used was 01612228888. The voice was an Indian male and was very persistent talking over me when I told him to take me off their calling list and to stop calling me. On one day last week I had three calls from this same company within one hour. Most annoying. I had to put my phone down in the end because they would not listen to me. These numbers +44 8453304800, +44 1132735400 and +44 1132732500 have been calling and pestering me for months now, but I never answered the first time they called me as they made out they were student finance and a part of me believed them as the person whom I spoke to had a Scottish accent, but as soon as they asked me to pay £700 over the phone and of course not online this way there is less evidence that I have paid them and of course I said I didn t have that kind of money can I give it to you tomorrow

i received a call from this number stating my ip address had been compromised could I please confirm my ip address. when I asked who called they hung up.

Just called my mobile. I didn t answer but checked the number online 01225 282329 to see who they were. Found this website and comments. Called them from a landline, immediately explained to person who answered that I d received a missed call, that I d checked them up online and didn t want any further calls, and to remove my mobile number from their calling list. The man who answered was responsive immediately, polite and asked for my mobile number. Fingers crossed ....

rang me 2 days ago asking me to complete a survey based on services I had used before, I politely asked for them to remove me from their contact list and they hung up. had another call from them again today, lady was very rude, told me that if I completed the survey I would not be contacted again. National Hearing Centre is a cold calling telephone operation with numerous complaints listed against this operation see for example 01274 965666. not bothered that my number is registered with the TPS. failed to disclose the nature of their organisation namely a claims company in the end I simply hung up.
