After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. This Bitch phoned me saying she was from Home Serve, knew my name and what appliances i had on a previous policy, i havent been with home serve for about 6 yrs, so when she said i paid £200 for a 2 year cover and that she was calling for a 3rd years cover for £169, i knew she was talking a load a shit.
