This is about the 7th call I've had from them, mostly an Asian guy. They ring back after you hang up. Always calling middle of the day. I asked them too specify which PC was infected, gave one of my family members first name initial and second name. When I asked them to prove they are who they say they were gave me the family members first initial and surname again and that was all they had.

The person at this number asked for my wife by name and was asking if she was doing ok after her auto accident (which we know nothing about and haven't had). He identified himself as representing "Motor Assist". If you phone the number, it automatically goes to an automated message claiming to be "Motor Assist" and asks you to leave a message.

SCAM, judging by the many comments left on other look-up numbers. At 08:13 a male voice said he was BT Technical Department. We are not with BT so I put the phone down. The same number rang at 08:22.
