When I received my last bill it showed that I made a phone call to this number and charged me £13.44. I have never made a call to this number, but I have picked up a phone call PPI people.So never pick up this stupid numbers otherwise you will end up with
SCAM - pretends to be family member whose phone has been damaged. They then say urgent bill needs paying but cant pay via temporary phone so can you pay and they will pay you back tomorrow. I went along with it and they gave bank details which I didn't screenshot fast enough as I was angry but police would love to receive them if anyone gets them. When I exposed them as liars they gave my name and address with the threat of being round in 5 minutes!!!! Reported to police and action fraud.

They did ring back at 15:02 this time it was a young lady she asked for Laura again I told her I was not her she said sorry and apologized for the mistake and hung up.
