The advisor said they take on personal injury claims (only the minor discomfort kind). Put me through to their internal solicitors. I confirmed the accident details and was told to sign documents that will be sent by email. Got around to the signing a few days letter and was told my claim will now be processed. PPI call. Have had 8 or 9 missed calls - very persistant and pushy. Had to ask several tumes for them to remove me from their lists.

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. Best advice is ignore the calls and just hang up as they often chase someone that hasn t been around for a long time. BUT if it is your debt remember they can be
