Received a call from 'Andrew' allegedly from the technical department of BT who told me my internet connection would be disconnected in 2 hours. I asked where he was phoning from and he said the BT Tower in London. He said I had a lot of problems with my connection over the last few days so they were going to disconnect me. We ve been working with Reeds Rains and 2 weeks later, received a phone call from this number pretending to be Reeds Rains estate agents. I was worried thinking there was something wrong with our application. I don t pick up numbers I don t know but a lady called Emily left a message stating I needed to call them back as soon as possible. Which I did and spoke to a man. Said he wanted to save me money. I think he realised he wasn t going to get far, so he gave up and ended the conversation. I don t believe he was from Orange.
