Had a call from this number, identified itself as Humberside Police to my call barring service but then cut off when I tried to answer. Line went dead when tried to recall. Called police, they had no record of anyone trying to ring my number nor did they recognise this 56677 number. Suspicious, also nasty if it is a scam, as I am now worried about whether or not the police are trying to contact me for genuine reasons. Fraud I am selling a car in Czechia, this number contacts me and is interested in buying. Says he's in Belgium, that his mother is from UK and father from Belgium. He did not speak very good English and had no French accent either. He repeated several times that he'd send me money for the car in advance and send a private shipping company afterwards. Photos on a Czech ad site were apparently enough. When I was insisting on a face to face meeting, the call abruptly ended. Be careful!!!

This number and the following number; 07404235048 keeps phoning me (so far 5 times today) and a recorded message says that they are from BT and we have had a security breach with our phone line and broadband and that they are going to turn us off and trying to get us to press a button to respond to them.
