I said I did not know who he was and he said is that Mrs A of my address again and that he had just started work but it was given to him by a previous colleague. Absolutely wrong. I just hung up. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20331843xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, ambulance chasers, but also financial services - cryptocurrency trading. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Pension Scammers, I do not know where they are obtaining phone numbers from as I have never provided this to LinkedIn... When I asked where they obtained my phone number and disputed that they got it from LinkedIn and mentioned that they have probably broken the law to obtain the number, they informed me that I shouldn't have put my phone number online (which I replied I haven't) and put the phone down on me...
