This is Clearanswer call centre Hull, orange have an external contract with them so realisticly they are working on behalf of orange. Its not a scam the promotions are genuine. Basically they do work for orange to help them out. I believe they also have a contract with Talk Talk. They ask if you have a mobile as you could change it at anytime. Tried calling me when I was in the middle of work (I knew it wasn t from anyone I know, because they know that I d be unable to get to my phone during working hours). Tried calling to check and all I got was an automated response telling me that I d need to wait before an agent can pick up my call.
