Don t very often speak to cold callers but did today and was told it was a government backed scheme to replace old windows with new at discounted prices. I told the guy I was not interested at the moment, he said if I had a quote now I could keep that quote until I needed to replace my existing windows. I agreed for somebody to come and measure the windows on condition they measured and left, he jokingly (I thought) told me they would not be staying for tea and biscuits. Person advised they were calling about PPI, I advised this was a business number and requested that it be taken off their list, they agreed and we said goodbye, all nice and amicable, no need for shouting or rudeness. Will now add it to my contact called "DO NOT ANSWER" contact which takes it up to a grand total of 26 numbers :)
