Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
