Made a complaint and obviously nothing will be done. Im sure i am not the only one who has made complaints else there wouldnt be 50 comments below. Best thing to do is block their number. This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court.
