They purport to be a government agency refunding bank fees. My belief is that they are scammers.

Rang on My Mobile so I blocked the Number then they managed to get hold of my work number from which I would not be able to block the call

Had a phone call from them today, as they would not tell me what the call was about I refused to give personal details about myself to then be told I was being aggressive and that they would continue to call. I ve asked for them to contact me by post in future.

This number called me again, of course when I was busy. The familiar recorded voice said they had tried to contact me before on a number of occasions about compensation. Yes they had. Had two calls from this number. They hung up when I asked them to prove who they were in response to being asked for my security details. Spoke to Orange and demanded to have the calls stopped or as a loyal customer I will leave Orange. Lots of excuses but they accepted in end. I will leave if it happens again!
