Definitely a scam. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Ignore it or block the number on your phone. Refer ...

I keep getting calls from this number and when I asked for their details and the reason for the call they became abusive, Now I just let the answerphone kick in for any I/C call,next step OFCOM....

This number appeared on my mobile as a forwarded call. I don’t have any calls forwarded to my mobile. This made me suspicious straight away. I didn’t answer the call. Apparently it is a loft insulation scam. They are after your details.

scammer saying saying returning phone call and then asking for details. blocked no. then persistent calls from Private no 10 times in ten minutes

asking about PPI and my previous claim. Was very rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain I have not had or expect a claim. Ended up putting phone down & blocked number

They have called us 6 x in 3 days. Saying they are BT and have received warning signals from our router. When my Husband told them he worked for BT they hung up.

Was asked if I had debts and how I could clear them easily. However, I have also had calls from the same number stating they were Microsoft Technical Engineers - had plenty of them trying to scam me for bank details.

Several missed calls from this Manchester number, with no message left. Many of the calls "after hours" i.e after 7pm. I don t know anyone in the Manchester area, also if it was a genuine call a message would be left. So in my opinion, this must be a scam call, as no message is ever left and many of the calls are before 9am and after 7pm. Annoying to say the least, these companies should be fined and banned.

I have received so many calls from those people. I have once spoke with a woman, I told her to stop bothering me, she says "OK, you want be called anymore". Few days ago I got a call from the same people, this time was an Indian guy. Called at 14:45hrs 27/08/2015 Started to ask questions he already knew. I reply with your number has called me 6 times at least this week and I requested him to take my number of their call list I reminded him that the call was been recorded he tried to get me to hange up I kept on the line until he put the phone down

This is the first call from this number, it s a premium rate number, if the call is important they would leave a voicemail but they didn t, it s possible it s for ppi or some other cold caller, if it calls again I will block it but won t answer it.

They told me they work together with UK company called Green Energy UK. I contacted Green Energy UK and in fact they do not corporate with anyone. I was offered to meet and talk about benefits of having solar panels, but I doubt I go because they were already lying to me about their corporation.
