Company called Simplified Digital rang me. Didn t hang around to find out what they wanted as I didn t ask them to call me. Hung up. Checked this number on the web and decided to block them.

When I questioned him on how he obtained all my details considering I had never heard of them he said it was in their database. Constantly telling me he just wanted 50 seconds of my time I asked him to remove all my details from the system but he started getting shirty with me an adopted a bad attitude.

The email is for a high value item that has supposedly just been purchased on my account and to call customer services if there's an issue. Repeated calls from EE trying to sell new phone deals, tablets and broadband. EE is my provider and mine is a TPS number...they ignore this and still the calls keep coming....
Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.
