20 Oct 2021 - Missed the call as I was working. They left a voicemail claiming my national insurance number and name had been used fraudulently across the border in North Wales. Unless I call them back immediately they will take legal action. Reply
This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported (01244470043, 44,45), all the same range just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly as PPI offers and pensions (financial services). I tried to call the number back but no luck, number not in service - probably one-way gateway of the call centre not allowing inbound calls so you are not able to call them back. Peopl

Rung them back to an automated voice about energy comparison
I had this number call my mobile today and they hung up. A while later the landline rang and it was this number again, still no response they hung up on me.
SCAM 07971737143 just called me for the 2nd time today on a Saturday bot call to say it was Amazon, it wasn't they said some had ordered something on my visa debit card don't have one of those and I had to talk to someone normally I hang up but I am so mad at these people that I pressed 1 told them I knew they where scammers that no money had come off my card and if they kept on about it my father's lawyers would hear about it they hung up very quickly.
I have requested that they take me off their calling list times and they still keep calling
They tell you that they are calling you regarding you're accident, it's scam because I have no car. These ppl also call you from 020 7946 1490
Hung up when answerphone clicked in. You can register the same number as personal & business with TPS. Discovered that my number used to be a record store, so still get people asking if I have certain LP’s! But many of corporate calls stopped. Presume this lot don’t bother with TPS.

SCAM - UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Scam phonecall from "DHL" in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese.
