We can confirm this is a scam and you should end the call immediately. This scam has been widely reported and often targets elderly and vulnerable people.
These people are hounding me, I press their 9 opt-out which they just ignore and their people hang up on me when I try to ask them to remove me.

Had a call from this number, identified itself as Humberside Police to my call barring service but then cut off when I tried to answer. Line went dead when tried to recall. Fraud Said she was from RBS and was calling customers for an annual review. She would arrange a time for someone to call and go through everything. She informed me that she could see I had the app and I can contact them if I need to. I never gave out any of my details and banks do not phone from a mobile number.
