The caller on this number claimed I was the subject to a criminal investigation by HMRC. I was invited to press button 1 or button 2 to hear more. I understand that doing this would connect me to a premium rate line.
Caller with strong indian accent asked for me by name then when asked said he was from "Electricity Board". When I asked which electricity company he hung up.
Silent call, I hung up after 30 seconds.
Told me my washing machine warranty was running out knew my name but didn't know what washing machine I had blacklisted them
