Yet another boiler replacement automated message. The law states that they should have permission to make the call and also that they should identify themselves. They did neither of these things so I am going to report them to the ICO. I don t even have a boiler!

These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. Had ordered from M&S, got phone to say order delayed for 24hrs and was given option to press different numbers for further info. I didn’t, never would in casecscsm call. Checked number on-line and feel confident number is bona fide but will discuss in store when I collect order just in case it’s not

They try to switch numbers I am sick of it 4 times some days

This number calls our fax machine daily.They re a nuisance because we have to check who s tried to call every time in case it s a customer trying to send a fax. They don t seem to learn from the fact that a fax machine answers every single time they call!
