This has just happened to me £20.50 and £21.25 taken. bank has blocked them and Fraud investigation pending.

I received a call from this number claiming to be calling from a company (don t remember the name of the company) and is calling in relation to an enquiry that I had made online and asked me to confirm DOB and my address for security purposes. Recorded message on my house phone saying serious legal suit against me from HMRC. EM don't think so matey I work for HMRC no way do they operate in this way.
