The person said they where from 118 live directory, he asked for the business owner which I am not so I said no I’m afraid he won’t be in untill friday at that point he hung up. I did 14713 and called back to get an automated American voice saying it was utility direct. Scam.

A man (in a noisy office) wantimg me to get free cavity wall & loft insulation through the goverment scheme. When i told them i had my loft done in 2007 they said id need it doing again. When i said id had a company come today to do a survey & they confirmed i didnt need anymore loft insulation the man on the phone then said he was from the company that had visited me today! This numbers was trying ask me some personal questions in order to find out that if I am entitle to get a refund. I said what refund? Her said my job is to find out weather you are entitle or not. When I refused to answer it , he hung up straight away. Very rude and strange.
Started getting calls beginning of March, normally between 2-3 in afternoon. Somtimes twice a day in a week. Ignore every time rings off quick. Hopefully will stop soon, but in any case I m changing my number soon anyway
