This number called my son yesterday and today; he's only 18 and new to all this so yesterday he brought the phone down to me to talk to them. As soon as I said "Can I help you" they hung up. Before that, they said they were O2, asked how he was, then asked if he was over 18 and in the UK. Now if they genuinely were O2, they would surely have the answers to those questions already. SCAM Has tried several times to tell me that I have no loft insulation-when asked does he know who he is calling and where and how does he know, he prattles on for 30 seconds and then must realise that he is getting nowhere.
