Had 3 phone calls...1 from this number starting with 02 then 1 from 002 this afternoon. 1st I never answered then 2nd I did for them to put phone down!! In between times 01134199978 rang but never answered.... Get a real job is what they want to be doin!!...

SCAM. Very very noisy background. Sounded like Indian call centre with 100s of people nearby. During a pandemic!? Claimed to be BT Openreach checking service. Asked me how many lights flashing on box. I asked where lights would be. Vague response. He asked me to check back. My router doesn’t even have lights on back. Kept telling me to ‘switch off’. Switch what off!? Asked him to confirm customer name. He hung up.

+44 7913 105 781 or 07913 105 781 is a FRAUDULENT recorded voice call saying it was from the investigation division of the national crime agency saying they have an order to suspend your national insurance number and to press the number ONE to speak with an agent... DO NOT DO THIS, it is an automated app and these fraudsters no doubt have other numbers they use. This particular number is an EE mobile number and been reported to the fraud investigation team... HANG UP IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT DO WHAT THEY AS
Fraudulent call centre(could hear this in the background) saying I had been victim of a fraud on my Amazon account which had had £1200 charged go the credit card linked to the account. Wanted me to push 1 or 2 etc to deal with the issue. I hung up but someone else may be duped by this type of con. Very angry that they can do this all the time.

Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.
