Very rude people!! They have called me everyday and every day I have asked them nicely to take me off their data base - they all plead ignorant saying this is the first time they have called. They kept wouldn t listen when I told them I haven t been in an accident. SCAM I don't know who this company is but they are ARSEHOLES. I answered, they asked to speak to *my name*, I said "who's calling" , they said "good afternoon *my name* I'm Alex how are you today?" , I said "which company are you and why are you calling me?" He then MIMICKED me like a primary school child and hung up. What a sad life to have, working for a scumbag scam company bullying people on their own phone numbers.

Had a few pushy phonecalls today trying to buy a bed in a hurry. started at expensive beds and ultimately went for what I had instock and a 'Best Mattress' wanted to send in same day courier. Said it was going to London but wouldn't give me a post code so we could have delivered ourselves tomorrow. London destination. BH2, Bournemouth card address, Phone number reporting to be in the Blackburn area. Card declined when put through machine. When I suggested my suspicions of fraud to her she put phone down.

Suspect it's Cognism or similar checking they have the correct mobile numbers for contacts they're selling. Ask for you by first name, then when you say it's you, they say a random surname and then claim they must have a wrong number.
