This is another fake number being used by the criminals to say they are Talk Talk and whose purpose is to infect computers. It was a silent call - not a sound when I answered - but that is not unusual. I get such calls daily. Called from this number 08.31 today - caller claimed to be from my bank and that there had been suspicious payments on my bank card. This was followed by the usual requests that I press numbers to confirm or reject these payments, I did neither just hung up and checked my bank information.
