THINK this may be DSV Solutions who have offices at Kingston, MK. Their main number is 01908 512277. They are delivery/recollection agents for made.com an online furniture company. I had dealings with them over a collection of a defective sofa. Seemed OK. Not certain about this but fairly sure.
Must be a company as tried ringing back but you can't ring in. And as wasn't a wanted call I perceive it as a nuisance!
