Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. SCAM - Answered the call. Automated message advising my National Insurance number was involved in fraud. My assets are to be frozen and I will be arrested. Press 1 to speak an officer (This is the only option offered) I ended call before pressing any digits.

DO NOT answer the call. They don t need to have a conversation with you, just toknow the line is active. They find this out by you answering. They then sell your details and number on to other advertisers and brokers.
This number together with a series of numbers using the same std code have been plaguing me over the last few days with automated info that I have ordered an Ipad from Amazon. Be aware these calls a re constant and dangerous.
Odd call - I answered Nz it immediately went dead.
Keep calling using new numbers. Have told them on repeated calls to remove my number from database. Number gained through a solar inquiry 4 years ago. have now imformed them if company rings again I will invoice company £100 plus VAT for each call they make to me. I will then take them to small claims court if they do not pay.

Pretending that my public liability insurance is due for renewal. Well that s easy, I don t have a business so therefore no public liability insurance required. I don t really know what they re up to.
I am receiving calls from this number every single work day, sometimes in the early evening and more than once a day. The first one was an obvious sales call and now I leave the answer phone on. There is never any messages left, but as we work nights I don't need calls during the day. Why is cold calling not illegal?
