They should know whose account the transactions were on Second warning sign - As far as I'm aware Visa don't contact people direct, your card issuer will contact you. Following a search on GoCompare your details are passed to these guys who call offering a better quote and ask you to hold the line while they transfer you to another company who has no idea who you are. I guess they get kick backs for getting you there.
