FOWLERS & IMMEDIATE CAR FINANCE - I don t drive or own a car and yet the text me at least once a week. This has been going on for a year, Ive reported them, Im on TPS (which you can do for mobiles) but they bypass that by constantly changing the name that apprears on their texts. Ive called them, but as I dont have an account (and NEVER WILL), they apparently can t take me off their cold call list. Utter bulls**t. Avoid at all costs.

This number keeps calling me, it is a real nuisance as I am job hunting due to redundancy and all I get is this number. They never leave a message either.

Automated voice purporting to be from my internet provider, informing me that my internet will be terminated in 24 hrs please press 1 to speak to our , at this point I hung up.

This number calls regularly asking for Mrs McGee. Always a foreign sounding voice. I think they know it s not McGee but they want to engage you in conversation? I just hang up but it is so annoying. They must be trying to sell something I suppose.

RSPB t.v. advert says text for a free info. leaflet, then when you do, this number calls, never leaves a message, or calls and then hangs-up before you can answer - is a nusance,if you can get the info. leaflet online you d be safer.

Indian lady started telling me I had a problem with Windows. I told her that she was unscrupulous and I considered that her actions were those of the scum of the planet. I blocked the number using my CPR Callblocker gadget (there are many alternatives). I pay for my phone, it s for me, what gives anyone other than me the right to use it to harass me? PPI/Bank Charges claim company. Latest one is Endowment Policies. Aside from just hanging up, I find the best course of action with these guys is to just lie to them. Give them made-up details so they waste their time with fruitless nonsense. Tell them you paid PPI on a Swiss bank account with ?10m in funds given to you by a Nigerian prince. Keep calm and tell absurd lies, and this kind of call actually starts to be a lot of fun!

Called just now , I didn't speak and they just hung up after about 10 seconds.

Several calls over the last few days (2 so far today). Never gets past the BT Call Guardian screening. Never leaves a message. I tried to call back, but heard a female American accent saying "That is not a valid extension". I have now blocked the number.
