This is a total scam. Microsoft would never call you out of the blue, an 0208 number is no where near Reading, and the second number looks like a total invention. nBest to ignore.

Search against this number after someone called asking to speak to two directors saying it was "an urgent financial matter". Someone else from their office - company name Greenfields - earlier and spoke to our accounts manager and was told they could assist in financial matters. Basically, they prey on companies who are having financial issues promising to help. This is the third call from this company today. Perhaps the right hand should know what the left hand is doing!

Two days later we received one of their assessors, credit to whoever runs this company! They were the 3rd in regards to getting some advice. Not only all their findings were photographed and recorded. They gave us the best quote! Refused to take a any payment until we were 100% happy with the work schedule to be carried out.

Rang my landline today and an automated message said that our phone would be cut off in 24 hours. As we pay by direct debit every month, it cannot be true. It said we should push 1 for BT or 2 for any other supplier. We think it was that scam where they try to get bank details. it rang back twice within ten minutes. We didnt answer either call.

I have just called it back on my work land line (using 141), and received a message saying I was called today by their "Events Team", who will call me back!
