These types of calls are outrageous! I told my daughter that any future calls that she does not know who they are, just hang up without saying anything.

The company are collecting on behalf of 'Quick Quid' loan company.. the 2 numbers calling are 'ARC Collection' on (07800518295 - 07854760372) hope this sheds some light on these t*ats trying to extort your cash..

This number really is the fraud dept of Smile Bank / The Co-Operative Bank, but there is no way that I would reply to texts of this nature - the fact that a major retail bank is sending out texts like this from an unadvertised mobile number is disgraceful. I called my bank on their advertised Customer Services number, and they said that the text was from them. (Their hold music told me to be wary of fraud - such irony!!)
