I have been receiving calls claiming they are calling from open reach informing there is an issue with my broadband. They wanted me to do some thing the broadband devic. This guys are fraud and trying to gain access to your broadband and connect to your device at home and get all the information. Do not answer or report them.

Received an obscene call from this number this evening - young sounding guy with northern accent. He hung up when my husband asked him what he wanted. maybe a debt collection Co. as I had a threatening letter from Post Office telecom wanting money after they took over my ISP without ny knowledge and cut off my phone without warning after none of their comms reached me. As I have no contract with them or no warnings they can go whistle/
