Somebody emailed me asking me to call them on this number saying they were at one of my addresses in London but couldn't gain access to the property to read a gas meter. On tracking the number it showed up as being in Manchester so nowhere near London anyway and I actually do not have any properties in London so I suspect a spam email to get me to call this telephone number.

Following a search on GoCompare your details are passed to these guys who call offering a better quote and ask you to hold the line while they transfer you to another company who has no idea who you are. I guess they get kick backs for getting you there.
Fraud - automated message stating they are from HMRC and that I have a pending Fraud case and if I don't press 1 I will be arrested shortly. Currently sitting with a cup of coffee waiting for the police :-P

Claim to be calling from 3 Network to 'upgrade' my phone contract.......I am not with 3. Advised im registered with TPS so shouldnt be receiving unsolicited calls but caller ignored and continued with their sales pitch, so call terminated and caller blocked.
I am assuming they are nuisance calls as they don t leave a message.

this company is using loop holes in the system to pay people less than minimum wage by saying your self employed. Their paying people less than minimum wage. That is wrong when your going out there working in the snow 10AM - 9PM and 10AM till 11PM on road trips.. in the snow thats including every saturday (6 days of the week) you have people working these long hours and sometimes they only get paid ?20-?50-?100. This number call me past 3 am when I call the person back they don't pick up after few seconds they called

The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. I do not generally answer numbers that I do not recognise but as it was 08.30, I thought it could be somthing important.

Have been called repeatedly by this number. This caller follows typical silent call behaviour by hanging up as soon as my answerphone switches over to record a message. Anyone legitimate would leave a message. High probability this is at best a cold sales call.
