Constant cold calls, twelve this week, so far? last call was at 19:05 (five past seven pm) annoying, to say the least...??. How in the world do you get them to just STOP CALLING???????

Pre-recorded message claiming to be from BT but not sure why a British company would use someone ( or voice generation software) with a mid-Atlantic accent to deliver a message to a UK-based customer. Some rubbish about disconnecting my Internet if I don t follow instructions which, undoubtedly, would involve me in racking-up a huge phone bill, i.e. if press either 1 or 2 as instructed. I hung-up. A variation on the SCAM calls from India about problems with internet account.

16 Jul 2021 - Rang to say an appointment was needed to fix my smart meter that doesn't work. They told me to ring 0808 501 5200 (E-on Next) to make the appointment which I did. When I got through I was told that they had no record of the call, it must have come from E-on Energy. After a long arguement I gave up.Reply

Rang to speak to husband after asking them more questions than they asked me eventually realised who they are. I have been searching for van insurance quotes on line and they are chasing these up but still wanted to speak to husband after explaining that I was the one looking but because he was owner of vehicle was searched in his name - SO ANNOYING

Called saying he was from Microsoft and I had a problem with my computer. When I repeatedly asked why he was calling he became very abusive. Caller had an Asian accent but knew some very offensive English words! I informed the police.

Asian lady called at 8.45pm. Claimed to be from Lloyds Bank asked for Steven Smith (not a name known to us and generic enough to be false). Tried to obtain additional personal info.

Up to 6 missed call almost daily. When I tried to call back to tell them to stop calling me all I got was a prerecorded message " your call is important to us...etc" b...

i never answer calls witch are not in my phone ,ive been caught out before even though i got my £8.28 back its not the point .got a call this m,orning from a number 01559721...
