Rang today, asking for me by name and told me my address, calling themselves Farringdon something, said I was due a refund told them its a load of bo----s and hung up !!

Its a debt recovery centre used by Virgin Mobile and many other companies im sure.

If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number.
