They do not with hold their telephone number. rang them on their direct line 01792311578 and they gave me a false 0800 number to complain to. SPAM Call to my landline @ 10.04 am. Recorded message saying they were calling about a potentially fraudulent £600 charge on my debit card abroad. No mention of bank. Was asked to press 1 to confirm the charge or 2 to speak to an advisor. Hung up.

They call here all the time and make unsolicited calls. When I asked the caller to remove my number from the list, they were kind of evasive and had the nerve to ask me why I didn t want to be on their call list anymore. (Which was kind of ignoring the fact that I never wanted to be on their list to begin with, but I decided to let that slip). I told them I wasn t interested - they asked why I wasn t interested anymore, at which point I hung up. I don t respond well to child-like q&a-games!

Informed that i had been involve d in a car accident, when i stated that this was not so she put the phone down, she had stated that she was phoning from a company but because of her acsent i did not get the name. On returning the call i am informed that it is not a recognisable number.
