Keep being called by this number. The idiot won t stop. Why can nothing be done about these people ?.

Just got a missed call off that number at 11:59am but i didn't answer, I don't know who it is or what they want but the call is from London England

Asked for my address in connection with a bank I never banked with, refused.

Trying to sell accident compensation. Woman was VERY rude when I asked how she got my number.

This is a PPI scam. Best to listen politely and show interest before requesting that they ring you back on another number. Then give them the number of another known scammer and they should keep one another amused for a while. Suggested numbers of known scammers:- 01935 350190 and 01379 844163. Both these numbers have repeatedly rung me recently.

Anyone recognise this number?

Female caller, Indian accent, gave name something like Mindy, claimed to be from Talk Talk. Obviously long delays between exchanges, nothing like usual UK call quality.

This number has called me on 3 occasions - I answered the first call and told them i did not have anything to claim back for and to remove me from their database. 2 further calls have not been answered. It s another PPI scam centre but these guys are quite aggressive.

Some called offering to get rid of cold call, automated calls basically every type of call you don t want. For a small fee of ?1.90 per month, they would provide a box to stop the calls. Is it me or shouldn t BT be doing this for free
