SCAM: Foreign sounding woman called me saying that my postcode had won a gift card, which would give me 40% off my shopping in ALL supermarkets, and also could be used to buy meals in restaurants. I told her I hadn’t entered any competition, so how could I have won? She said if was a post code lottery! I presume that if we had continued, she would have asked me for personal details. Eventually she got fed up with me arguing, and ended the call

Car accident call- wasting our time- told them it was my daughters phone so has she been in an accident with a worried voice then put on hold and a foreign guy came on so I left the phone hanging until they hung up- Number blocked!!
Called me today, couldn't even say my name or get my address right. Going to follow this up, I would like to know where they got my name and address from. I also think telephone companies should be made to withdraw their service from people like this.
