This is a legit number, however these people are thieves and liars - beware sending them anything, they will destropy your phone and charge you for the privilage.
Rang but did not respond to our answerphone, disconnected without leaving a meaage.
This number just rang me. Another number I don’t recognise. I don’t know who the one who called me with this number so I didn’t answer.

Kept calling frequently and hanging up or dead line upon answer - finally got a female asking to speak with DH about previous Boxing news subscription and he wasn t interested. She says "well I ll call back" before I could pleasantly tell her to remove the number she hung up. Still keep ringing and Sky scandalously want to charge £3.50 per month to bar it. Saw another user s helpful comment to change the call ID so we know to ignore it, so thanks for that bit of advice.

Namely it solicits the person receiving the call to press 1 on their phones to seek help in avoiding Internet cut off within a timeslot of 4hrs usually. Needless to say there is no real problem pending and by pressing 1 the unwary may be frightened into giving bank details eg to pay delivery charge for new router. PLEASE HANG UP. Spam from a laughably poor automated dialler pretending to be HMRC and threatening "consequences"
A scam at 8:02 in the morning. Automated call claimed to be my internet provider (did not say which one) and that due to illegal activity on my line would close my link in the next 24 to 48 hours unless I pressed 1 on the phone keypad (which I declined to do). I did not respond but left line open until caller ended the call.
