!!! SCAM !!! Evri (hermes) scam saying I owe a £1.45 shipping fee with a link to pay it or my parcel will be sent back to the sender. I’m not expecting any parcels and the text was also a different font and in bold so definitely a scam!

Rang again today regarding Loft Insulation Alex the caller name would not give detail of the company and when I ask for the details he ended the call. Alex informed me that he was in London working off a database. The do not take any notice if your registered with TPS. Please be very careful these companies need to be shut down and of the scammer to be brought to justice.

Just called me regarding an attempted transaction to John Lewis. Said my account was ‘under attack’ and there had been several suspicious transactions. He said he would escalate my case to Level 3 fraud, set up a new account number and sort code with a random generated name. Phoned Santander fraud department who confirmed my account was safe - the scammer then called me back ‘No Caller ID’! so I told him in no uncertain terms that he was a scamming bastard and he could go forth and multiply.

Fraud amazon prime scam. Do not follow up, do not press 1. "The scam sees people receive an automated call, telling them that they've been charged for an Amazon Prime subscription. To cancel, all they need to do is ‘press 1’ - but after they do that they're directed to a fraudster posing as an Amazon customer service representative. The fraudster then asks for more details, and often asks you to download an application to your machine to cancel - at which point they cash in."

My daughter answered the phone & the woman was insistant Id been in a Road traffic accident, she didnt say she was from a claim company . 09 Dec 2021 - Has called 3 days in a row, not sure if its robotic or a person but after I say hello there is silence and they put the phone down. I suspect they are testing numbers to see who answers then possibly sell this data on to other spam callers. Don't bother answering, block number if you can. Reply
