Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! Cold call, scam I suppose
Same officious voice that has called from different no.s beginning 777191 re Inland Revenue etc, threatening court etc. I hung up after the first few words which I think were fraud squad, got an order bla bla. I block these numbers but they keep changing the calling number.
Could not establish who was calling, was said very quickly and intelligible , perhaps deliberately.

This number called twice in 24 hours asking to speak to a specific member of the household in connection with a survey from the bank. I refused to pass on the call as we have an ex-directory number and have registered with TPS. I fortunately have a phone that can block numbers so have now added this number to the list.

Rang again today regarding Loft Insulation Alex the caller name would not give detail of the company and when I ask for the details he ended the call. Alex informed me that he was in London working off a database. The do not take any notice if your registered with TPS. Please be very careful these companies need to be shut down and of the scammer to be brought to justice.
