Please please if anybody else has charges from these numbers contact the communication ombudsman. currently according to o2 they are aware of this scam but refuse to be held responsible for just handing over money to scammers without contacting me. Just to note if it were your bank they would contact you about fraudulent activity, put a stop to the charges and refund you. O2 refuses to do any of this. They call me every day around about 1130. Sometimes once, sometimes a couple of times.. No one ever says anything, it just cuts. this is 100% EDF Energy. The last time they called, whoever was calling kept me on hold for a few seconds and I could hear his/her colleague reading a sales script "Thank you for choosing EDF Energy, I just need to read out blah blah blah"...
