Company apparently called Quigley & Carter using various mobile numbers to send spam texts. Today s text said "The Banks are refunding customers up to 2000 who have paid a monthly fee on packaged accounts, visit www.mybankrefund.com for your refund today or optout.cc" The website mybankrefund.com apparently belongs to Quigley & Carter and has the following text at the bottom of their website: Quigley & Carter Limited a company registered in England and Wales. Called on mobile (despite have TPS enabled) - answered call, 3 seconds of silence then hung up (auto-dialler)

Silent call, then rang off. Therefore classed as dodgy.
