It is not Carphone Warehouse really they are a third party claiming to be part of Carphone Warehouse, called off two different numbers (this and one other) they are really trying to push sales and don't have any customer service really horrible when you say you want to wait and think about it. Went to a Carphone Warehouse shop and they said this company is nothing to do with them and to avoid agreeing anything with them. BE AWARE, working on commission from a third party group not legit.

He had my upgrade date correct but had my postcode totally incorrect & also my surname incorrect (maiden name) so not sure where he gets the data from. Fraud, some number from London called me claiming there was a warrant out for me for tax evasion. Which for a first point, pretty much isn't possible as I'm employed with a large company who do my taxes for me. This is the UK after all, I don't do that myself. And second, after I gave my name I asked what organisation it was that was calling me before I'd be willing to continue and they just hung up on me.
