SCAM / SPAM - Don't know how the R Soles seem to be calling from a local number, BUT THEY DID, and tried to tell me I have a computer problem - sheer rubbish from nasty sneaky horrible little pests that have no place in modern society. They need to be eradicated somehow!!! Vile scum that they are.

Rang off after phone had rang only once, rang again seconds later & phone rang only twice, then rang again after a few seconds & phone rang only 3 times - VERY annoying. Just ignored all 3 calls.

Shanon called apparently from the FCA, telling me I was going to receive £3,750 for my PPI claim today by 12 noon. Passed me onto David Thomas who said I would have to pay £375 to the delivery driver for the solicitor with an Amazon gift card! Talk about a scam !!!

SCAM called me, I called back (in error was expecting a call), they denied they had rang me, was clearly there on my phone as a missed number. Wouldn't tell me who they were, suspect scam
She started asking me questions (personal info) I asked her questions - she told me to listen, I then told her to listen and she told me to go to hell. These companies need to be stopped who do they think they are.

SCAM. Fraud. Automated voice in perfect English claiming to be from HMRC. Wants you to pay unpaid fines and fees NOW. The voice is strong, demanding and incessant. Classic fraud. Hang up. Block the number. Report to the Police, if possible.
Started by asking for my wife. Told her she wasn't in. Then confirmed my name, said he was offering a call blocker for unrecognised calls for free. Mentioned that I paid for my phone bill by direct debit (who doesn't?) and then listed a load of banks, none of them mine. When I laughed he got annoyed and asked why. When I told him I didnt have any banks of that name, did he just want my sort code and account number, he was talking over me and telling me to listen!!! Cut him off. Be warned.
Just want to know if it's worth ringing back.

A woman claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse asked for my phone company. She refused to answer the question of whether or not the process would cost money, so it's a potential scam. An annoying call for sure, as she kept on asking for my phone company.
Receive loads of unwanted calls and they ring for a few seconds and then ring off as probably they are not wanting to waste time so redial for another poor unsolicited customer Can something not be done about this unwanted service

Had this number, 01619390228 call me a few times recently, they don t let the phone ring very long, have never left a voice message and on trying to call the number I get an engaged tone, will try to get to my phone quicker next time to answer, reckon it s a scam call, shouldn t be allowed !! Call looks like a normal YK mobile number but in search it indicates that the number originates in Ahmedabad in India. As I don t know anyone from or in India I can only assume that it is a call from some call centre or a scam or perhaps both. Treat with suspicion.

Used local school names in an attempt to make me believe we had helped them with our sponsorship of some internet safety programme, offered me a £20 discount if I paid up today, bringing it to just £129!! Bargain, I thought! Then I remembered that I am no mug and these con artists need shooting down. SCUM

SCAM Amazon call. Phoned the number back and it was a private number. Spoke to a lady who it was nothing to do with. Looks like these scammers are now now using peoples private numbers for the id that comes up on the phone.
